Computer won't Run any ANTIVIRUS programs because of Worm! HELP?

Everytime I try to run a new AntiVirus program it says "(program) is infected by W32/blaster.worm on the little bubble (I have windowsxp) Can anyone help me remove this virus thing? PLEASE???
