Young black female experiencing hair loss?

I'm a 22 year old young black female experiencing hair loss since I gave birth 1 year ago. I havebaldness I'm my family. I have been to 3 dermatologist and spent thousands of dollars on hair products. The dermatologist claim hereditary and alopecia. I'm tired and embarresed. Any tips or suggested hair products I can use . Thanks in advance
