My skin doesn't seem dry, but does using good quality body lotion all over daily help skin stay looking young?

I have bath and body works, hawaiian tropic, and palmers coco's body OIL. Anything wrong with these? I am usually using organic all natural brands, do you have any good one's to tell me about?
