I cant find this one David Bowie song i like.?

it starts off as "ooo hooooo ooooo oohhhh" sounds like bono from U2 at first,then the guitar is like"neener neener neener newwr newrrrrrrrrrrrr"ooo hoooo ooooo ooohhhhh" i dont even remember the words haha.it sounds similar to the song ziggy stardust but its not. help me im so frustrated i cant find it!
