Nsn owl head costume help?

for my halloween costume this year i want an owl head like the girl wears in the new never shout never videos. for someone who doesn't know what im talking about its just a brown owl head with white around the eyes from a mascot costume or something. any ideas on where i can find one cheap? yeah i know halloweens a month away but i want to allow time for shopping around and shipping so.... help please? any feedback would be helpful.
