Did Justin Bieber mess up Beyonce with Bon Jovi at the Grammys on purpose?

At the Grammys on Sunday, Justin Bieber said Beyonce instead of Bon Jovi when introducing Bon Jovi or something like that. Did he do that on purpose? I don't think he did but all my friends who are completely obssesed with him said he did, but what do you guys think?
