BROKEN FOOT LAWSUIT ARBITRATION HEARING?

I broke my 5th metatarsal bone in my foot due to a hole in the ground in a housing project with no lighting I was in a walkin boot from may 25th to july 16th of last year on crutches till da end of june then used a cane till july 16th surgery would have been required if the bone healed slower but never got surgery went to an arbitration hearing stated my attorny stated my case and they attorny for the housing athority had nothing to say and everytime he ojected the aebitrators sustained him seem like the arbitrators was on my side so if anyone know how much I could be getting after the arbitrators decision?
