Can anyone help me with any information about this band please?

I can vaguely recall a band from the mid-nineties to early this decade called Gift Horse Mouth. They had a few albums, one was called 'All Lit Up & Nowhere to Glow' and it had brilliant songs on it such as 'Louise', 'Kangaroo', 'Lorna Whyte' and 'Big American Cars'. I can't seem to find any info about them at all anywhere. Can anyone tell me where they are now, what they did- ANY information at all would be truly appreciated (plus sources). Thank you!!
