I've had chest pain since last week tuesday, im thinking its pneumonia what do you people think?

i've had pneumonia once before 3 years back, and im showing the same symptoms i've had before. im really not sure if it could be it. i have chest pain, some stinging/stabbing pain. very clogged nose. bad headaches every day, its on and off. im also spitting up tons of green/yellow mucus. i have a bad feeling it may be pneumonia or bronchitis. could you help me out people
