I'm a sixteen year old girl, and I'm actually slim, I have an okay body, but I'm starting to get a gut that i want to lose, and i want to be skinner. I'm not crazy or anything like "paris hilton or nicole richie" whoever because people have compared me to them i weigh about 117 .. and I'm I dont know 5'2 ? or 5'1, whatever. just does anyone know any good tips to help me lose weight and stay fit?
