What do I have? A Sinus Infection?

Sunday morning, I woke up with a severe sore throat. Around 1:00 I started getting a horrible pounding head ache, and I was freezing. My head ache was all through my forehead, behind my eyes, and under my eyes. I took my temperature and my fever was 99.4...I took some Ibuprofen, but it only got higher. By the time it was like 5:00, my temperature was 102.8. My boyfriend ran to the store and got me some Tylenol, which seemed to help with my fever. Through the night I ended up sweating my fever out. Yesterday, I was able to keep my temperature at 98.6, my throat still hurt really bad, but my headache seemed to have gone away (From the Tylenol, probably) I have alot of mucus draining down the back of my throat, and this morning I woke up coughing. I'm using some antibiotic samples that the doctor had given me a few months or so. For some reason though, today I feel really nauseas. Is that because i'm so congested? What is it that I have?
