Who Wins This Fantasy Football Trade?

Team 2 is already very solid in my eyes. LT and Housh are not guys I would wanna pickup but team 1 could use Favre. But adding Slaton and Johnson to team 2 is just making them(an already good team) alot better. So I think team 2 is getting the better of this deal but they also started with the better team.
