What are some good horror movies?

and by horror i dont mean, "stab stab slice em up stick em in a coffin" horror, i mean supernatural thrillers like, shutter, One missed call, mirrors (although that is quite gory), the unborn, etc. also when you mention a movie, rate out of 10 how scary they are (10 being the scaryest) and what makes you think theyre scary, thanks for answers.
